Team
Erez Saf, CEO
Erez Saf, Founder & CEO of CRiskCo, is managing a global team with offices in Australia, the United States, and Israel. Erez is an active leader in product development and artificial intelligence modeling in financial markets. Erez has actively participated in top entrepreneurship programs including Plug and Play, the Queensland Government’s Hot DesQ initiative, NatWest FinTech Accelerator and ICBA’s (Independent Community Bankers of America) ThinkTech Accelerator. Before launching CRiskCo, Erez was the CIO for eloan.il, and the CTO at Todan Information Technologies, following R&D roles at SAP. Erez holds a BSc in Computer science and Bioinformatics, and MBA with honors from Tel Aviv University.
Dave McAdam, Operations
Dave McAdam is a General Manager/C level Executive and has had a 20+ year career spanning multiple industries and countries. He specialises in delivering meaningful change and impactful outcomes to organisations across People, Process and Technology initiatives. Dave has extremely sharp commercial acumen and has led, and been involved in, major transformation initiatives in Financial Services, Government and Technology industries including Core Banking, Infrastructure Modernisation & Support, Systems Integration and Property projects.
Mathias Caldas, Head of R&D
Mathias is a CTO and R&D Leader with vast experience in the SAAS, cloud and mobile industries. He is an expert in mobile applications and is an enthusiast for the latest technologies, automation and machine learning. He worked for a range of companies such as TLV Media Lab, Kinesis Keep Moving IT, and Discount Bank. Mathias is a doer and loves facing challenges head-first. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Mathias is the right person to guide CRiskCo’s tech team to success.
Yochai Melochna, Account Management
Yochai is an executive leader with over 17 years of experience in managing global accounts and software delivery programs in the Fintech industry. Managing complex software programs to Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers from Pre-Sale to post production and customer service. Yochai's experience includes 13 years in Fundtech (now Finastra) as a Global Payments VP of Delivery, COO in Tradair - a B2B trading platform and COO in Banx.one - a Blockchain start-up in the wealth management space.
Guy Sand, Senior Developer
Our senior developer, Guy Sand, is a hands-on software engineer with expertise in statistical analysis and web technologies. He has been working in development for more than 8 years and worked in companies such as Telefónica and Ewave. He is definitely the right Guy for the job on CRiskCo’s team.
Nofar Groen, Product
Nofar is a finance professional and emerging technology enthusiast. He previously worked in Australian banking, structuring corporate financing deals for clients across Asia Pacific. His lending experience brought him to the product team at CriskCo.
Alejandro Fernandes Antunes, Developer
Alejandro is part of CRiskCo’s development team that operates from Uruguay and received a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is an expert in Java frameworks, developing banking solutions, and production installations. His experience includes working for TopSystems, Uruguayan Electricity Company, and more. Alejandro is dedicated to his work and is a solution seeker when encountered with a challenge. With his capabilities and driven personality, he is a great addition to the CRiskCo team.
Opal Zubery, Marketing
Our head of marketing, Opal Zubery, is a business, finance, & entrepreneurship student at IDC Herzliya. She has experience in the FinTech industry for quite some time working as an intern for Equitech. Her strong financial background gives her the ability to produce tremendous marketing material for CRiskCo. Opal is a driven individual with amazing organization skills, CRM capabilities, and social media expertise.
Race Carrino, Sales
Our sales associate, Race Carrino, has experience in many fields including sales, management, logistics, and more. He is a hard worker that loves facing challenges and accumulated his knowledge from hands-on experience in the workforce. Race is a motivated individual that applies all of his capabilities to his sales position at CRiskCo.
